At the bottom of the confirmation email, you will find a button that says “Forms”. Click on that button, fill out the form completely and then submit it before coming to your appointment. 

We acknowledge that in a few situations, clients may need to complete a form that they have completed in the past. We apologize in advance if this happens to you, but we have had 25 years of data to go through and we need to make sure we have captured the data we currently need. 

Clients can now book appointments for more than one person in the same transaction. Look out for the option during your online booking. 

You will be able to cancel any appointment that is more than 24 hours away without penalty by going to your appointment confirmation email and click the “Manage Appointment” button at the end of the email and selecting “Cancel”..

If you need an appointment in a specific date and time is not available, you can now add yourself to a waiting list. If that date and time becomes available the system automatically will place your appointment and notify you. 

Due to the high demand for appointments the client will be prompt to input a credit or debit card in order to reserve their treatment time and provider. This credit card will not be charged; it is just to reserve the specific appointment time and provider. If the client fails to cancel their appointment more than 24hrs prior to the appointment time, an automatic charge of 50% of the service value will automatically be charged to the credit card as a penalty fee. 

We have struggled with the thought of implementing this policy but due to many, many last minute cancellations or no shows (that we do not have adequate time to fill), we have had to implement this policy effective immediately.
